Vista Bank
Corporate Interiors | Austin, TX | 1,710 SF
Vista Bank wanted a modern, entrepreneurial brand to two distinctly different environments: a branch housed within a historic Austin house and an adjacent office for its loan officers in a 1980s-era building. S. Tipton Studio created a cohesive experience between the two buildings, while responding to the architectural character and constraints of each setting.
In the historic branch, original features were thoughtfully reinterpreted through contemporary materials, lighting and custom details. A reinvented fireplace creates a modern focal point, while a mural wallcovering developed in partnership with local artist Josh Row adds a strong sense of place. In the adjacent office, glass walls, slatted wood ceilings and modern light fixtures help transform the space into a bright, contemporary workplace.
Together, the two spaces reflect Vista Bank’s personality while balancing history, functionality and a fresh point of view.
