S. Tipton Studio, an interior design studio specializing in workplaces, medical offices and wellness spaces, industrial projects, and landlord services, has completed a new corporate headquarters for air purifier manufacturer Alen. Located at 7710 N FM 620 in Austin, the 7,500-square-foot space merges wellness, innovation and brand identity into a workplace designed for collaboration and growth.
Alen sought an office that would reflect the company’s values and support its expanding team. With a tight budget and ambitious vision, the S. Tipton Studio design team emphasized thoughtful, brand-driven details that create a strong visual impression and a functional, inviting environment.
“This wasn’t just about designing an office. It was about expressing who Alen is,” said Ragan Wood, designer at S. Tipton Studio. “We looked for ways to reflect the ‘airiness’ of their products throughout the space while staying within budget. That constraint actually inspired a lot of our creativity.”
The headquarters occupies the second floor of a newly constructed building in a growing office park. The first floor is currently unoccupied and reserved for future expansion. S. Tipton Studio worked closely with Alen’s leadership team to bring the brand to life throughout the space.
- A sculptural reception wall with curved lines that evoke airflow, echoed in a custom mural outside the R&D lab
- A break room designed to feel like home, with soft textures, locally sourced materials and the company’s signature blue hue
- A timeline display of Alen’s air purifier models that showcases product innovation
- Private phone rooms that support confidential conversations and client Zoom calls, addressing a key limitation in the company’s previous office
- Expansive views of the wooded site, with offices and workstations positioned to maximize natural light

The project was delivered in collaboration with Prevail Project Management, Office Furniture Now and C Brooks Construction. Alen began occupying the space in November 2024.
