Tipton Studio partnered with HPI Real Estate Services & Investments to design a new 9,900-square-foot office that reflects the firm’s leadership in property management, construction management and leasing. The workplace balances professionalism with hospitality-inspired warmth, creating an elevated environment that supports both client-facing moments and everyday collaboration.

Rich wood tones, a stone feature wall and brass accents establish a cohesive material palette, while creamy neutrals keep the space approachable and timeless. The result is a modern workplace designed to enhance the experience of both clients and employees.
