    Sandy earned a B.S. in Interior Design from Virginia Tech. As a native Texan with deep roots in Austin, she was drawn to Austin for its history, creative culture and natural beauty. She has managed multi-million dollar interior design and architecture projects and she has provided landlord services in many of Austin’s most prominent office buildings. With a clear vision to integrate her value for client service and her design experience, Sandy launched S. Tipton Studio in 2009. Sandy’s proficiency and expertise gives every client the attention to detail and superior service they deserve.

    Mason Waldo

    Mason received his B.S. in Interior Design from University of Cincinnati, DAAP.  He has 20+ years of design and project management experience across Corporate, Higher Education and Healthcare markets.  Mason is passionate about creating inspired solutions in support of our partners’ unique brands. He divides his personal time between his family and hobbies including cycling, stained glass, and home renovation projects.

    Sara earned her B.S. in Interior Design from Texas State University and brings nearly 20 years of experience managing Industrial Projects and providing Landlord Services.  A few notable clients include FedEx, Kroger, Pattern Bioscience, Lutron and Mobotrex. She takes great pride in the relationships she’s developed over her career and enjoys creativity, spending time with family and all things outdoors.

    Michelle is a native Austinite and earned her B.S. in Interior Design from Texas State University. With 20+ years of experience spanning LA, Dallas, and Austin, she’s led complex projects across Commercial, Hospitality, and Healthcare design. Michelle is known for her exceptional ability to handle complex projects, ensuring every detail meets the client’s needs and expectations. When she’s not deep in the design world, you’ll find her with family and friends and enjoying the best of Austin’s vibrant scene.

After working in California as a lighting designer, she was drawn back to Austin for the creative community and its love of the outdoors. She brings unique capabilities to the team with her knowledge of lighting the built environment and her amazing talent for rendering the digital 3D world.

She earned her B.S. in Interior Design from Texas State University and has managed and designed over one million square feet in the Austin area since. She loves spending time with her husband, Ethan, German Shepherd Shade, and her cats Peg and Juicebox. When she’s not hiking around the hill country, she enjoys traveling to unique places for inspiration.

    Anna loves exploring how the spaces we live and work in affect how we feel, creating incredible spaces that reflect each client’s unique identity. With a B.S. in Interior Design from Harding University, she’s focused her career on commercial design, working on projects in workplaces, multi-family housing, and healthcare. Her wide-ranging experience helps her stay flexible and bring fresh ideas to every project. When she’s not designing, you’ll find Anna making memories with her two boys during sandbox adventures or writing.

She brings a strong foundation in interior architecture paired with a love of collaboration. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Houston. Outside the studio, she enjoys hot yoga, long walks through her northwest Austin neighborhood with her husband, son and dogs, and planning their next adventure.

    After many years in the design industry in Indianapolis, Stephanie relocated to Austin in 2012. She is passionate about developing great, long-term relationships with her clients and using both creative and analytical skills to create inspiring and functional spaces.     Ragan earned a B.S. in Interior Design from Auburn University. After graduation, she joined an Interior Design and Architecture firm specializing in corporate and healthcare interiors in her home state of Georgia. Intrigued by the creative community and abundance of outdoor activities, she was excited to make the move to the Austin area to begin her next adventure. Ragan enjoys diving into all phases of the design process and incorporating sustainable design solutions that positively impact the lives of her clients. When she’s not designing, you can find her exploring out in nature, catching a live music show or reading a good book.

She approaches each design with purpose and attention to detail. For Ashley, seeing a vision come to life is one of the most rewarding aspects of being an interior designer. Outside of work, she stays busy making memories with her two energetic daughters and husband, who fill her life with joy and inspiration.

When she’s not exploring all that Austin has to offer, she is at her other favorite place – the beach. Most weekends in the summer she can found in Port Aransas, TX soaking up the sun.

    Jasper, a native of West Texas, received her Bachelor of Interior Design degree from Texas Tech University. Drawn to Austin for its rich culture and vibrant vibe, she decided to make it her home after graduation. She is a problem solver who loves the creative challenge of space planning and she enjoys exploring how design plays a role in everyday life. When not out on a walk with her dog Cannoli, you can find her immersed in a good book or checking out a new restaurant with friends.

She earned her B.A in Interior Design from Kent State University in Ohio and was previously on a team that designed and engineered largescale custom backlit design features. Dropping roots in Austin, Natalie enjoys hitting up a new hiking trail, spending time with family, and digging into her newfound love of gardening.

    After earning a BFA in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Hanna began her career specializing in Hospitality and High-End Residential design. She has since expanded her expertise to include Commercial projects, and in 2024, her distinctive work in Residential and Club Hospitality earned her multiple ASID awards. She is known for her mindful and collaborative approach, ensuring each design is a true reflection of her clients’ visions and needs.

    Nakeea brings over two decades of experience in accounting, payroll, and human resources, with a strong background in managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and benefits administration. She is skilled in QuickBooks, Sage, and multiple payroll systems, and has supported teams across industries with everything from accounts payable and receivable to budgeting and 401(k) administration. Nakeea enjoys streamlining processes and collaborating with project managers to keep operations running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local trails in Georgetown, Jewelry making and spending time with her family.
