S. Tipton Studio designed a 2,350-square-foot fitness amenity for office tenants at Barton Oaks Plaza III, creating a refined yet energetic environment that enhances the overall workplace experience. The space supports a range of workouts while elevating the standard of a typical building gym.

With an almost entirely open floor plan requiring flexibility for equipment and turf training, the design focuses upward. Linear ceiling elements introduce movement and rhythm, while integrated wood slats conceal mechanical systems and create a visual path that draws visitors into the space. Warm wood accents balance the energy of the environment, resulting in a gym that feels elevated rather than utilitarian.
