Expansive, a national coworking company, partnered with S. Tipton Studio to bring its brand and design standards to life with a local Austin twist. On the building’s fifth and top floor, the team introduced transformative design moves that elevated both the tenant experience and the property’s leasing appeal. A massive skylight redefined the character of the communal space, flooding it with natural light, while a sizable balcony created elevated outdoor access and expanded opportunities for connection.
