S. Tipton Studio transformed a compact footprint off the main lobby at Frontera Crossing into a welcoming amenity center for tenants. Designed to make a big impact in a small space, the center creates an inviting hub where people can meet, socialize and recharge. A mix of seating options and gathering areas encourages connection while providing flexibility for both casual conversations and more focused meetings.
