As Marvell Technology prepared for continued global growth, the company needed more than a new office — it needed a flexible, forward-thinking workplace that could evolve with its teams. S. Tipton Studio reimagined a 14,700-square-foot space in Austin to support Marvell’s return-to-office strategy, balancing privacy, wellness and collaboration within a modern, high-performing environment.

The design process included early experimentation with AI-generated imagery to help visualize brand direction, and close coordination with Marvell’s IT and facilities groups to ensure seamless functionality from day one.

Design Highlights:

• Vibrant pantry and kitchen with flexible seating and alternative work areas

• Acoustics designed to support full in-office staffing levels

• Biophilia and curated artwork to soften and elevate the experience

• Built-in flexibility — meeting rooms can convert into private offices
