OriGen Biomedical, a manufacturer serving the growing cell and gene therapy sector, partnered with S. Tipton Studio to design a cleanroom and support environment aligned with long-term manufacturing, safety and compliance goals. Early planning decisions integrated spatial layout, mechanical systems and material selection to improve workflow efficiency, contamination control and overall operational performance.

Cleanrooms were positioned side by side and organized around shared support spaces to reduce unnecessary movement and streamline transitions between controlled environments. Coordination between production planning and mechanical design helped optimize airflow performance, including ceiling heights calibrated to support pressure stability and filtration efficiency. Durable, seamless finishes were selected to withstand rigorous cleaning protocols required in regulated manufacturing environments.
