S. Tipton Studio Principal Sandy Tipton has been recognized as a Leader of the Year at Bisnow’s 2025 Austin Women Leading Real Estate Awards.
The annual program honors outstanding women in architecture, engineering and construction whose exceptional leadership, vision and innovation are shaping the future of Austin’s built environment. These women have demonstrated the ability to navigate complex challenges, deliver transformative projects and set new standards of excellence — from designing iconic buildings to leading engineering teams and overseeing some of the region’s most ambitious developments.
Tipton was honored alongside peers across the AEC industry at the Sept. 4 event, held at Hotel Ella in Austin. Her recognition reflects not only her individual contributions but also S. Tipton Studio’s commitment to designing spaces that inspire people, strengthen communities and support business success.
