Gavino Dermatology’s Lakeway clinic brings the warmth and refinement of a residential interior to a compact medical space. S. Tipton Studio carefully planned the 1,900-square-foot clinic to accommodate a full dermatology program while creating an environment that feels intimate, welcoming and polished. Arched openings, white oak herringbone flooring, marble and brass establish a cohesive palette, anchored by a custom marble reception desk with curved, fluted detailing.

The space planning prioritized patient privacy, natural light and the day-to-day needs of the clinical team. The patient restroom entrance faces away from the waiting area, while large windows bring daylight into each exam room. Custom millwork integrates hand-washing, work and storage functions, and durable, cleanable finishes support frequent use. Brand details carry the practice’s identity throughout the clinic, including an illuminated “G” concealed behind wallcovering that creates a subtle glow at the end of the exam-room corridor.
